In preparation for the holiday season, we plan to upgrade our database and server hardware infrastructure for Connex for QuickBooks Desktop users. The increase will make the sync more reliable, faster, and ensure our hardware can handle the increased usage.

We are currently planning to deploy the weekend of October 26th and complete on Monday, October 28th.

We expect customers to experience little-to-no down time during this process.
